I currently vanquish. I'm also waiting for the Orr and Duncan Zaishen quests.
Now that SF is out of the picture, it may be possible to make those in HM without people saying "GTFO make a perma".
After that, I may just unlock all outposts with my 10 characters and casually gather points for titles.

I started playing just before the release of EotN. I used to spend every spare minute playing GW. I truly enjoyed it. For the past year I've mainly just been working on titles. I wouldn't say I was grinding because I work on Kurzik for a little, then switch to cartography, then to something else. I kept trying to mix it up so as not to get burned out on any one thing. But here recently I just mainly try to take advantage of weekend "specials" that assist me in the title gains and (being my guild's leader) helping newer players in the guild.
I have a full friends list. (I have to delete someone if I want to add a new one.) But I never see more than 4 or 5 friends on at any given time... and my playtime is very sporadic as far as what times of the day I'm online.
To be completely honest... if it weren't for my guildies, I'd pretty much stop playing. I'm sure I'd log in on occasion if I'm bored and wanted to kill a little time but at this point it's not really much fun anymore. Has nothing to do with nerfs or anything... (not directly anyways) just too many old friends gone and no desire to make new ones. That and the fact that I played too much the first couple of years and I just plain burnt out.
I used to get really excited about GW2 but here lately, that excitement has also diminished greatly. Having started 2 years late in GW always made me feel that I was behind the curve and the idea of getting in a GW2 in the beginning excited me.
I have to give kudos to Anet for having a great game overall. After 3 1/2 years I do still play fairly regularly. I purchased DragonAge (after someone here suggested that I GTFO and buy it) and while it was fun, after I beat it in 2 days, haven't played it again. At this point, I'll probably be too busy playing Diablo III to even notice if GW2 ever gets released. But I reserve the right to change my mind. lol

The answer is pretty simple here, nothing. I don't play PvP as actively as I did before anymore, let alone PvE, which I don't even consider fun.

1) PvP -> Balthazar Faction -> skills (you get them that way a lot faster)
2) You don't need all skills.

Vanquish every area with all 8 characters, beat every mission in both modes (master's) with all 8 characters, beat every dungeon in both modes with all 8 characters, do all the quests with all 8 characters, and try to get them all 20 equipment bags, as well as trying to max the Kurzick, wisdom, lucky and treasure hunter titles.
So far, only one has everything done (but Slaver's in hm). Everyone else just has portions, though everyone has the Factions missions done in both modes.

My GW activity wanes and waxes. I'll go for months without playing it, and then suddenly I'll get a burning desire to open it up again.
I'm with you. Have been playing for years and am bored as hell. What I like to do is reroll a new character and play through all the campaigns again. I make it a goal to reroll a character with a different profession each time, so I can experiment with each one. Also, I find it nostalgic, and sometimes I feel just as moved by scenes and characters as I did when I first played the game. I'm going quite slowly because I only stay on long enough to do a mission (I truly am bored with this game), but...it gives me something to do. I just put on music, go into auto-pilot, and rummage through thoughts while c-spacebarring everything. xD
I tried working on titles, but they're so grindy... Try setting a few realistic goals for yourself and work towards that. My goal is to get Protector titles, so I'm working through every campaign mission. I'm also trying to buy myself elite armor, so I'm working really hard to find loot. The game is slow as hell for me, but every little hour I spend on it every other day does some good. x___x

I figured GW is a hugely grind oriented game and has always been so from release day for Prophecies. Or how else would anyone call having to pay 1.2(?) mil gold to different skill trainers across the world in order to learn all skills so that you can experiment with weird builds and not be limited by the low number of skills you get to see normally in the (K) dialog.
If I hear any more GW designer saying with a smile on their face how GW was intended not to contain grind... I think I'll puke.

Psst: if you're at all decent at the game, you'd know that some skills flat out suck, and some skills flat out don't have a purpose on some characters. If you have a warrior, and you're buying every spell in the game, that's your own damn fault, because I guarantee you you won't be able to make decent bars utilizing every skill possible. Same goes for any other profession.
Theorycraft first, buy skills second. Buy skills that fit with the bar(s) you want to run. Buying every skill in the game is not grind, because it's not even remotely close to necessary, and it certainly doesn't make your character more powerful than someone else's, particularly if the other player is smart enough to be able to identify good skills and bad skills without needing to dump all their plat and testing them directly.

Psst. It doesn't matter when you're just dicking trying to do *anything* around because Anet figured that EotN would be enough content to hold us for 4+ years.

I Q.Q cuz I haven't done alot of the content and people either don't want to do it or don't want to do it with an inexperienced person. I've just accepted that I'll never do DoA or UW. I haven't even completed Sorrow's Furnace(I need help with the Priest quests)! This is probably because I don't use my Sin or Monk for anything and solely play on my Necro and pre Warrior.

Hmmm, this sounds interesting. I might give it a go after I purchase another char slot.
P.S. Hope you're not using cons, summons and the like.
